I am happy with the time it took to receive the product. I trust I'm getting the genuine product. The price is good too.

Yunnan Bayiso was prescribed as a possible herb that would help with a bleeding issue my elder pug had. Unfortunately he did not live long enough to know if it worked. That being said when I contacted customer service about returning the unused portion their response was quick and positive. I was able to return it with a small restocking fee and shipping. As soon as they received the product my refund was issued. Excellent customer service!!
